SUPA STUPA

Jay and I went on a nice ride on trails around town the other day and decided to go check out this Stupa that I had heard about up in the hills above Santa Fe. The Stupa represents the Buddha's body, his speech and his mind, but most especially his mind and every part shows the path to Enlightenment. I really thought this place was beautiful and had a good vibe . I will go back I am sure. It is amazing that someone would build this place it must of taken quite a bit of money. Amazing how much Money is in this town. It felt great to visit this nice place. I feel that the SingleSpeed was welcomed here. Here are a few pics from the Stupa.

obviously Jay has not been enlightened with his choice of bikes. :) Actually I am sure all human powered locomotion is welcome .

Prayer flags were blowin in the wind

celebrating ONENESS

This is the path to enlightenment. Are you following that path?

Well it finally snowed here the other day. It was quite nice.

"Dharma" means "protection". By practising Buddha's teachings we protect ourself from suffering and problems. All the problems we experience during daily life originate in ignorance, and the method for eliminating ignorance is to practise Dharma. I am trying to practice that more.
Anthony was talking about doing the Santa Fe Century I am gonna do it as well. It will be my First century. I am also eyeing up this local MTB race. Should be good fun.
What is in your audio player? I have Sonic Youth-Experimental Jet Set Trash and No Star. Everybody have a Sweet day, I am gonna go for a ride before worky. PEACE
